The candidates appearing the interview/viva-voce must bring the following testimonials in original along with self attested photocopies in chronological order, for verification/scrutiny on the day of the interview:
i. H.S.L.C Admit/Pass Certificate as a proof of age.
ii. H.S.L.C Marksheet and Pass Certificate.
iii. H.S.S.L.C Marksheet and Pass Certificate
iv. Degree Marksheet (All Semester) and Pass Certificate.
v. CGPA Conversion Formula of the respective universities.
vi. Permanent Residential Certificate/Employment Exchange Registration/Voter ID.
vii. State Government Employees of Assam must submit No Objection Certificate from their respective employer or Permanent Residential Certificate/Employment Exchange Registration/Voter ID as domicile proof.
viii. Caste/PwBD certificate/BPL Card (if applicable).
ix. Declaration Form A (“May be downloaded from APSC’s website”).
x. Ex-Servicemen Identity Card issued by Zila Sainik Welfare Office of the state of Assam and Discharge Book (for Ex-Servicemen category candidates).
xi. Any other documents that may be relevant for their candidature.
Note:
No intimation letter to the eligible candidates shall be sent separately by post. The intimation letters shall be uploaded on 11.01.2024 in the APSC’s website (www.apsc.nic.in). The candidates shall have to download their own intimation letter from the aforesaid website.
