- Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in the Constitution of India.
- Candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and more than 40 years of age (as on 01.01.2024). Upper age relaxation upto 05 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates and upto 03 years for OBC/MOBC candidates;
- Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange along with upto date qualification and the Registration number along with date must be mentioned in their applications.
- Candidates who are already in Govt. Service will have to apply through proper channel along with the true copy of their respective Service Book and NOC from their employer.
- The applications with self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials including Certificates of Educational qualification, Experience (wherever applicable), Caste, Age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Card etc. along with 03 (three) copies of recent passport size photograph duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side, should reach the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Karimganj on or before the last date for receiving the application. - Eligible candidates for the post of L.D. Asstt. shall have to appear first in the Written Test of 100 marks, comprising of General English, Aptitude , General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Drafting, Computer Knowledge etc. of descriptive & objective type. Written test will be followed by Viva-Voce.
- A candidate must have to secure at least 40% marks in the Written Test to qualify for VivaVoce.
- Successful candidates in written test, will have to appear for Viva-Voce. The date, time and venue of Viva-Voce will be intimated after the declaration of the result of the written test.
